• Exit-intent form: Email address
• Calendar integration (Calendly): Name, email, selected appointment
• AI chatbot (Botpress): Chat messages and interactions
• Analytics: Anonymised usage data via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity

3. Purpose of Data Processing

• Responding to your enquiries and providing our services
• Scheduling appointments via Calendly
• Operating the AI assistant to answer patient queries
• Improving our website and services

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) (consent), (b) (contractual necessity), and (f) (legitimate interest) GDPR.

5. Third-Party Services

• Make.com — Form processing and workflow automation (EU servers)
• Calendly — Appointment scheduling
• Botpress — AI chatbot service
• Google Analytics — Website analytics (anonymised)
• Microsoft Clarity — Behavioural analytics (anonymised)

6. Data Storage

All patient data is stored exclusively on EU servers. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is signed with every client.
